Our founder, Jeff, holds a Master of Architecture with Honours from Auckland University and brings a strong foundation in architecture paired with extensive on-site project management experience for home renovations. Jeff’s hands-on approach and ability to coordinate effectively with tradespeople and builders ensure every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and remains within budget. His problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail help navigate the complexities of construction, offering our clients confidence and peace of mind from start to finish.
Amanda, our head designer, holds a Bachelor of Spatial Design from Auckland University of Technology and brings over 18 years of experience to Propti Design.
Before relocating to Melbourne in 2023, she developed her expertise at prestigious firms such as Jasmax and WSP (formerly Opus) in New Zealand, where she worked on a diverse range of commercial projects, including offices, Westfield Mall, Private Banking, Auckland Airport, Metlifecare, universities, and hospitals.
Amanda’s approach blends creativity with practicality, ensuring each design is both visually appealing and functional. Her extensive knowledge of spatial planning, material selection, and lighting design allows her to craft spaces that are unique and tailored to each client.

Awarded for Massey University of Library
Awarded for the design of a brand new 4-level library building in collaboration with Opus Architecture. As the lead interior designer, my contributions included the spatial design layout, bespoke joinery, cafe, receptions, and material and finishes selection. I oversaw the execution to create a modern and functional educational space.
DINZ Best Design Silver Award 2008
Awarded for Department of Labour Office Fitout
Recognized for designing a 3-level office fitout in collaboration with Opus Architecture. My role involved material finishes and furniture selection, ensuring the project met high standards of functionality and aesthetics.
